Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate loan applications and documentation per credit union policy; communicate decisions to staff.
• Monitor queues to identify loans requiring review and obtain additional information as needed.
• Analyze loan documents including income proofs and credit reports to calculate debt ratios and loan-to-value figures.
• Ensure thorough review of applications and credit reports to maximize approved options and cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist staff in informing members about services and programs and provide Wow! service in line with the credit union's mission.
