Responsibilities

• Review consumer loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Assess creditworthiness using credit reports, income verification, debt-to-income ratios, and collateral valuation.
• Make lending decisions within delegated authority or escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies, federal/state regulations, and NCUA guidelines.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks while maintaining loan quality and portfolio performance.
• Communicate loan decisions to staff and assist in structuring loans to meet member needs.
