Responsibilities

• Process loan documentation through the loan delivery system for Consumer/Small Business Loan Officers and Underwriters.
• Provide timely, accurate information to Relationship Managers to support client relationships.
• Handle high volume email and phone inquiries and direct to appropriate assistance.
• Prepare reports, memorandums, and correspondence as requested.
• Perform compliance and risk management duties as required or assigned.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory issues relevant to consumer/Small Business lending.
