Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
• Associate’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting or related field, and/or related work experience preferred
• Minimum of 1–2 years of loan processing experience required
• Strong customer service skills a must
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

• Support Loan Department by keeping consumer loan files accurate and moving efficiently
• Manage a pipeline of direct and indirect consumer loan files
• Review submissions for completeness
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Dealers, and Members to ensure a smooth loan experience
• Maintain confidentiality and handle escalated issues professionally
