Alliant Credit Union in Chicago seeks a detail-oriented loan funding processor to verify documents, coordinate with underwriters and lenders, and facilitate timely disbursements for funded loans.
You will manage the funding pipeline, audit closing packages, set up automatic payments, and liaise with vendors to ensure lien recording and accurate subordination documents while maintaining compliance with policy and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of loan funding requests. Verify loan documents, coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance, and facilitate the disbursement of funds. Serve as the final contact with the member to ensure an excellent member experience. Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure timely recording of HELOC liens and assist with document reconciliation to confirm Alliant is listed as the lien holder for funded HELOC applications.
$41,900.00 to $59,400.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
