Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gathers required documentation from point of approval to closing by communicating with lenders.
• Prepares and reviews legal documents for closing.
• Assists with preparation of corrections for DMV, UCC, and other consumer filings.
• Reviews closing documents for content and accuracy.
• Reconciles the GL account for the consumer loans; transfers funds as appropriate.
