PayPal Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Consumer Finance to lead forecasting, KPI tracking, and analysis of key Consumer metrics. You’ll own financial planning and reporting for MAAs, TPA, ARPA, and GNA across Consumer products, partnering with Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Analytics.

You will guide finance teams across time zones, delivering high-quality insights to inform executive decisions and drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, unit economics, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and ability to present complex analyses to executives.
• Experience managing priorities in matrixed organizations and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with VPs and cross-functional teams globally.
• Build and lead a strong, effective team.
• Oversee month-end close, forecasting, variance analysis, and operating expense reporting.
• Drive process improvements within the team and the business.
• Provide timely analyses and recommendations to leadership.
