Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Consumer Financial Services Career Associate Attorney for a premier AmLaw 100 firm. The position requires a minimum of three years of litigation experience to join its Consumer Financial Services practice and may be based in any U.S.

office. You will represent banks, lenders, loan servicers and other financial institutions in disputes involving loan servicing, credit reporting, and related consumer financial services litigation, in a collaborative, nationwide

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions is strongly preferred.
• Background defending matters under the FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to government and agency investigations.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team.
