Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Consumer Financial Services Career Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of litigation experience to join its AmLaw 100 client’s Consumer Financial Services practice. The role involves representing banks, lenders, loan servicers, and other financial institutions in a broad range of disputes across multiple U.S.

offices. The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction, and strong writing, analytical,

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school with strong academics.
Active bar in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
Minimum 3 years of substantive litigation experience.
Experience in commercial litigation and representing financial institutions preferred.
DFA/FDCPA/TCPA exposure is advantageous.
Ability to independently manage cases and supervise juniors.
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation.
Participate in hearings, depositions, motions, and related proceedings in state and federal courts.
Provide regulatory guidance and communicate case strategy and developments.
Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters.
