KingRecruitingServices partners with a premier AmLaw 100 firm to recruit a Consumer Financial Services Career Associate Attorney in Atlanta and other U.S. offices.

You will handle sophisticated consumer financial services litigation for banks and lenders, with opportunities for leadership and direct client interaction. The ideal candidate has at least three years of substantive litigation experience, a JD from a top-tier law school, and active bar admission.

Qualificações

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience in commercial litigation and representing financial institutions preferred.
• Background defending matters under FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA is advantageous.
• Able to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members.
• Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, nationally integrated practice.

Responsabilidades

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state laws.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to investigations.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a nationally coordinated team.
