Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree or higher, with strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior related experience or bachelor's degree equivalent.
• Knowledge of product liability laws and lemon laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for product matters in arbitration, mediation or dispute resolution.
• Investigate complaints and negotiate settlements.
• Prepare chronologies and fact analyses of significant events.
• Coordinate responses to interrogatories and document production.
• Support counsel with risk assessment summaries and legal research.
• Communicate legal information across departments.
