Job summary

Champion Management Group, LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own consumer-facing digital media for a portfolio of multi-unit restaurant and retail brands in Dallas. The role combines hands-on campaign setup, budget pacing, and performance storytelling across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic channels.

You’ll run GA4/GTM implementations, coordinate with vendors and developers, and build deeper reporting with Looker Studio and Supermetrics.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in an agency or multi-location brand environment.
• Deep fluency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager with ability to build campaigns from scratch and diagnose performance.
• Knowledge of GA4 and GTM; able to spec events and work with developers to implement.
• Strong spreadsheet skills: pacing models, budget splits, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and execution across multiple brands and channels.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and reporting; partner with creative and analytics teams.
• Plan and execute email and CRM campaigns (e.g., Klaviyo) and loyalty programs.
• Build monthly/quarterly performance reports and communicate results to clients.
