Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 1–4 years’ experience running paid media campaigns, preferably in lead generation marketing.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Hospitality/restaurant industry experience is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support franchise digital marketing campaigns across paid media channels to generate franchise sales leads and grow brand pipelines.
• Make outbound sales calls to prospects generated from marketing campaigns for prequalification.
• Assist with ad account optimizations, campaign builds and restructures for franchise client activity.
• Support client services through reporting, analysis, lead tracking and QA.
• Manage daily digital marketing tasks: budget pacing, bid optimization, ad copy testing, keyword management and lead qualification.
• Provide recommendations for messaging, creative, keyword, audience and tactic testing to maximize lead generation results.
• Assist with organic franchise development content strategy and execution.
