Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking a dedicated professional to lead daily escrow administration and operations within Loan Servicing in Las Vegas. You will assign work, monitor progress, and ensure timely, accurate outcomes while driving operational improvements and coaching staff.

Role emphasizes data-driven reporting, escalation management, and adherence to service level agreements in a fast-paced banking environment. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and a discretionary bonus program.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to analyze various reports.
• Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Ability to manage escalations.
• Ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Assign exceptions and data integrity errors to staff and monitor completion to ensure completed timely and accurately.
• Develop and enhance monitoring reports.
• Research, delegate and resolve internal/external escalations.
• Provide direction, guidance and measurement tools to the department to ensure that operations meet service level agreements.
• Perform quality control reviews on operations staffs daily work to ensure compliance with regulatory, compliance.
• Provide feedback and coaching when needed.
• Review of department processes and procedures; provide ongoing training and updates.
• Identify operational efficiencies.

Axos Bank Target Range: $20.00 - $23.50 Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10% These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
