Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant analytical or technical field
• Experience in data analytics, consumer insights, social intelligence, or market research
• Ability to analyze structured and unstructured data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience using Excel for data preparation, analysis, and reporting
• Experience using generative AI or large language model tools for data analysis, including prompt development and validation of results
• Experience identifying trends, sentiment, recurring themes, anomalies, and meaningful patterns in data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Kforce has a client in Spring, TX that is seeking a Consumer & Community Insights Data Analyst to transform consumer, social, and community data into actionable business insights. This role combines strong data analysis skills with experience using AI tools to identify trends, sentiment, recurring issues, and emerging topics across large and unstructured datasets.

Summary: The ideal candidate will be comfortable analyzing consumer feedback, developing effective AI prompts for data analysis, validating AI-generated findings, and translating complex information into clear recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Marketing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze consumer, social, and community data to identify trends, outliers, recurring issues, themes, and sentiment
• Prepare, organize, and analyze data using Excel and other analytical tools
• Build queries, dashboards, reports, and monitoring views to support ongoing insights and reporting
• Use generative AI and effective prompting techniques to support data exploration, categorization, pattern recognition, and insight development
• Validate AI-generated findings to ensure conclusions are accurate and supported by the underlying data
• Translate complex datasets and findings into concise, actionable recommendations for technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Monitor online conversations and consumer feedback across social media, forums, and other digital community channels
• Categorize consumer-reported product issues and identify patterns that may require additional investigation
• Manage multiple analytical projects independently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant analytical or technical field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in data analytics, consumer insights, community insights, social intelligence, market research, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to analyze structured and unstructured data and turn findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience using Excel for data preparation, analysis, and reporting
• Experience using generative AI or large language model tools for data analysis, including prompt development and validation of results
• Experience identifying trends, sentiment, recurring themes, anomalies, and meaningful patterns within data
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present analytical findings
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with social listening, consumer intelligence, community analytics, or voice-of-the-customer platforms
• Experience with sentiment analysis, thematic analysis, trend detection, and issue categorization
• Experience with Copilot, OpenAI-based tools, or comparable generative AI platforms
• Experience analyzing consumer feedback from social media, online communities, forums, or other digital channels

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
