The Bank of Elk River is hiring a Consumer Banker II Float in Elk River, MN. You will support multiple branches, open and service bank accounts, and offer lending solutions while building customer relations across communities.

This role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and cross-selling, with a schedule that includes working at the Main Street Branch and potentially other locations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of job-related experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open and service retail and business deposit accounts, offer loan solutions, and respond to inquiries.
• Adhere to operational, compliance and audit procedures and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Understand and assist with consumer loan applications and identify past-due loans for collection.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, business, CDs/IRAs) and cross-sell products with referrals to meet customer needs.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
