Job summary

First National Financial Services, DBA First Bank Elk River, seeks a Float Teller-Universal Banker to provide teller services across Elk River and nearby locations. The role supports deposits, cash handling, and mobile banking while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Hours are 8:15am–5:10pm, Monday–Friday, with every 4th Saturday 8:45am–12pm. A welcoming, team-oriented environment offers growth opportunities in community banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of retail deposit and teller services in person and over the phone.
• Open and handle consumer banking products and assist customers with mobile banking tools.
• Foster a welcoming environment and build customer loyalty through excellent service.
• Float to Elk River, Anoka, and Rogers locations as needed; operate teller line efficiently.
