What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Ensure accurate patient registration for all service lines, including eligibility verification and financial arrangements
• Maintain effective communication with clinical partners to enhance patient access and service quality
• Provide timely coverage of assigned work areas to ensure prompt patient service
• Perform insurance verification and authorization, ensuring compliance with CMS standards
• Collect and verify patient data to minimize duplication of medical records
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in a relevant role
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Proficiency in operating general office machines and familiarity with Microsoft programs
• Ability to follow complex instructions with attention to detail
