What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and grow an operational and security mindset in relation to access control within named enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with the VS&A VAM team to drive access control market share and revenue growth
- Develop and maintain deep relationships within enterprise accounts relevant to security and access control
- Identify key partners and equip the team with resources for effective engagement to drive revenue growth
- Compile data on competitive products and pricing for reporting to head office

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of access control solutions sales experience
- Strong technical acumen and ability to articulate products and solutions
- Proven record of achievement in delivering results and developing collaborative relationships
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy
- Time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience focusing on enterprise accounts within the access control industry
- Previous experience working with demo equipment and marketing budgets
- Familiarity with competitive offerings in the access control market
