Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Taylor, TX is seeking a Consumables Supervisor to lead the Consumables Department and ensure timely cleaning, laundering, inventory, and supply distribution across shifts.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to walk and lift up to 30 lbs. The position offers $25 per hour with morning and night shifts, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, laundry, inventory control, warehouse, facilities, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to prioritize work and keep teams aligned.
• Experience with inventory tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Consumables Dept ops: cleaning, laundering, inventory, and supply distribution per standards.
• Monitor staffing and priorities to keep workflow on track.
• Train and coach Attendants on procedures and quality.
• Oversee laundering, folding, sorting, and garment inventory.
• Ensure areas are stocked by replenishing supplies and coordinating deliveries.
