Bumble Bee Blinds of Chesco and Delco seeks a Sales Consultant to sell window covering products to residential and commercial clients in Berwyn, PA. You will build a clientele, drive sales revenue, and back the company on standards, quality, and professionalism.

A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and personable, using strong listening and communication skills to present innovative window covering solutions to prospective customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM software.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• 1+ years of experience in self-generated lead sales, commercial sales, or customer service.
• Very detail-oriented, organized, and capable of keeping efficient notes and records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including basic grammar.
• High energy, positive attitude, and forward-thinking.
• Strong team player and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Drive leads. Conduct lead-generation activities like local canvassing.
• Perform in-home consultations and customer instruction on window covering options and functionality, to provide estimates.
• Build and nurture networking relationships with new and existing clients, interior designers, realtors, and builders in the market.
• Maintain, update, and communicate client data, project status, and job details.
• Utilize customer information, materials, and support to ensure efficient task execution.
• Complete and submit all required task-related activities and documentation on time.
• Maintain constant communication between departments and customers on current work orders.
• Participate in regular sales meetings, webinars, and trainings.
• Arrive on time to work and appointments.
