Job summary

Budget Blinds Of Jenkintown, King of Prussia & Lansdale seeks a Window Treatment Design Consultant to guide clients through the design process, from consultation to installation, offering expert product advice and exceptional service.

You will engage customers in Bucks/Montgomery County area, leverage interior design sensibilities, upsell services, and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in window treatment or related sales.
• Experience in outside or high-end retail sales with interior design focus.
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
• Strong communication in English; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to understand needs for blinds, shades, drapes, and custom solutions.
• Advise on product selection, layout, lighting, and remodeling projects.
• Demonstrate products and explain features to aid purchasing decisions.
• Manage account relationships through communication, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Represent the brand professionally and with expertise.
