Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Consulting Coordinator to support the Consultative Services team. You will coordinate schedules, manage project systems, track milestones, and keep stakeholders aligned to deliver on time and in line with business goals. This role offers hands-on process improvement opportunities and room to grow in a fast-paced consulting environment.

As you grow, you will own more engagements, generate recommendations, and collaborate closely with customers to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own project setup across business systems
• Coordinate project and resource scheduling, including calendar and capacity planning
• Maintain systems and task trackers for internal reporting
• Organize and document internal and external meetings
• Track execution milestones and deliverables to ensure deadlines
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and escalation issues as necessary
• Assist in preparation for customer facing and external reporting
• Facilitate communication with cross functional teams including internal and external stakeholders
