Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead change initiatives across large-scale transformation programs. You will guide adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies, working with program leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes.

About the role:

As a Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will make an impact by leading change management workstreams across enterprise transformation programs and driving successful adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team, partnering with program leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• 8–10+ years of experience supporting Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience working within program or project management environments and leading workstreams.
• Strong experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and training strategy execution.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience with strong collaboration skills.
