Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager - Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams, program leaders, and client executives to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and training strategies, with a hybrid work model involving Fort Worth, TX client offices three days per week.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Experience operating at a program leadership level, overseeing multiple workstreams and driving strategic outcomes.
• Strong expertise in executive stakeholder management, communications strategy, and enterprise-wide training initiatives.
• Extensive experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption strategies at scale.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across complex organizations.

About the role:

As a Senior Consulting Manager - Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will make an impact by leading enterprise-scale transformation programs, using proven change methodologies to ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes. What you need to have to be considered:

• 10-15+ years of experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale, enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven experience operating at a program leadership level, overseeing multiple workstreams and driving strategic outcomes.
• Strong expertise in executive stakeholder management, communications strategy, and enterprise-wide training initiatives.
• Extensive experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption strategies at scale.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across complex organizations.

These will help you stand out:

• Experience leading full-scale OCM initiatives for SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC programs.
• Experience with SAP Enable Now or WalkMe.
• Experience supporting M&A integration or future-state operating model design.
• Experience working in matrixed environments on global programs.
• Experience creating OCM frameworks or assets.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication.

Total Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $98,853 - $158,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
