Job summary

Cognizant Consulting seeks a Senior Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs, ensuring adoption and measurable business outcomes. You will partner with cross-functional teams, program leaders, and client executives to drive change across large initiatives.

You will apply structured OCM methodologies, co-create training strategies, and guide teams through change lifecycles while aligning with Cognizant’s leadership principles.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale, enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven experience operating at a program leadership level, overseeing multiple workstreams and driving strategic outcomes.
• Strong expertise in executive stakeholder management, communications strategy, and enterprise-wide training initiatives.
• Extensive experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption strategies at scale.

About The Role

As a Senior Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will make an impact by leading enterprise-scale transformation programs, using proven change methodologies to ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes. You will be a valued member of our Consulting organization and partner closely with cross-functional teams, program leaders, and client executives.

In This Role, You Will

Work Model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week in a client office in Teaneck, NJ. What You Need To Have To Be Considered

• 10–15+ years of experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale, enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven experience operating at a program leadership level, overseeing multiple workstreams and driving strategic outcomes.
• Strong expertise in executive stakeholder management, communications strategy, and enterprise-wide training initiatives.
• Extensive experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption strategies at scale.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across complex organizations.

These Will Help You Stand Out

• Experience leading full-scale OCM initiatives for SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC programs.
• Experience with SAP Enable Now or WalkMe.
• Experience supporting M&A integration or future-state operating model design.
• Experience working in matrixed environments on global programs.
• Experience creating OCM frameworks or assets.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication.

Total Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $98,853 - $158,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
