Job summary

Eagle Hill is proactively seeking Consulting Manager candidates to fill potential project roles for our U.S. Customs and Border Protection client in the Washington, DC metro area.

These projects will provide strategic, operational, and analytical support to enable CBP offices to modernize operations, enhance workforce programs, and improve mission delivery. Applicants must be willing to work on client sites within the Washington, DC metro area on a daily basis or as required by the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience with 2+ years leading teams.
• Ability to lead teams through complex client challenges and assess risks.
• Strong relationship-building with senior clients and executives.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and maintain alignment to client priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with executive presence.
• Experience developing direct reports and mentoring junior staff.
