Join Leidos as a Strategic Consulting Advisor for USAF ISR Training!

Leidos is offering a dynamic opportunity for a Consulting Advisor to join our DOD Intelligence Ops Portfolio. This role is focused on transforming how the USAF approaches ISR training—with your expertise and vision leading the charge.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, sharing insights into USAF technical challenges and requirements.
2. Work with Portfolio PMO and leadership to assess current training programs, conduct reviews, and identify improvement opportunities.
3. Assist in designing and developing training courses.
4. Serve as an advisor and member of capture and proposal teams by providing USAF ISR training expertise.
5. Support the development of solutions for opportunities, manage relationships with partners and staff, and participate in bid and proposal activities.

Basic Qualifications:

• A master's degree in Intelligence, Military Operations, Education, or related field, with 20+ years of USAF intelligence experience.
• Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Graduate of the United States Air Force Weapons School.
• Experience leading intelligence training programs for the Air Force.

Pay Range

$134,550 - $279,450

The Leidos pay range is a guideline and not a guarantee. Final compensation depends on responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, bargaining agreements, and legal considerations.
