Job summary

KION Business Services Polska is seeking a proactive Consulting Coordinator to keep the Consultative Services team running smoothly. You will coordinate schedules, maintain project systems, track milestones, and ensure stakeholders stay aligned.

This hands-on role offers opportunities to shape processes, improve on-time execution, and grow within a fast-paced consulting environment. You will report to the Consulting Services leadership and work across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or equivalent.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently while supporting a team.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint emphasized.
Experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

Own project setup across business systems.
Coordinate project and resource scheduling, including calendar and capacity planning.
Maintain systems and task trackers for internal reporting.
Organize and document internal and external meetings.
Track execution milestones and deliverables to ensure established deadlines are met.
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
Assist in preparation for customer facing and external reporting.
Facilitate communication with cross functional teams including internal and external stakeholders.
