Kion Group AG is seeking a Consulting Coordinator to keep the Consultative Services team running smoothly by coordinating schedules, maintaining project systems, and tracking milestones. You will ensure stakeholders stay aligned and drive on-time execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team.
• Strong Microsoft Office skill set, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own project setup across business systems.
• Coordinate project and resource scheduling, including calendar and capacity planning.
• Maintain systems and task trackers for internal reporting.
• Organize and document internal and external meetings.
• Track execution milestones and deliverables to ensure established deadlines are met.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Assist in preparation for customer facing and external reporting.
• Facilitate communication with cross functional teams including internal and external stakeholders.
