Qualifications

• Hands-on accounting experience with bookkeeping responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of various accounting software; QuickBooks Online is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process day-to-day financial transactions for multiple clients.
• Prepare journal entries including loans, taxes, and payroll deductions.
• Reconcile bank accounts, sales tax, payroll taxes, and 401(k) accounts monthly.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and supporting docs.
• Collaborate with in-house controllers and CFOs as needed.
