What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead one or more project work streams, utilizing employer methodologies and tools to implement innovative solutions
2. Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing junior employer staff to achieve project objectives
3. Develop and utilize work plans to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
4. Conduct critical analysis of data to identify gaps and risks, providing sustainable recommendations for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree required

4. Direct supervisory experience including coaching, mentorship, and performance management
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

1. Experience working directly with clients on projects

3. Willingness and ability to travel weekly (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays)
