What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead one or more project work streams, utilizing employer methodologies and tools to implement innovative solutions
- Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing junior employer staff to achieve project objectives
- Develop and utilize work plans to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
- Conduct critical analysis of data to identify gaps and risks, providing sustainable recommendations for improvement
- Present findings and recommendations to internal and client leadership with polished communication skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 to 5 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably within healthcare or consulting
- Experience in a client-facing, professional services environment
- Direct supervisory experience including coaching, mentorship, and performance management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working directly with clients on projects
- Project lead experience, overseeing the work of junior colleagues
- Willingness and ability to travel weekly (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays)
- Preferred experience in a matrixed organization
