What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct risk assessments to achieve KPI targets and provide recommendations for risk mitigation
- Collaborate with leadership on performance improvement projects to ensure long-term success
- Utilize performance improvement methodologies to address gaps in performance and adapt to changes
- Analyze data to identify root causes and present actionable insights to executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve mutually agreeable solutions through effective communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of revenue cycle healthcare experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Six Sigma Lean Belt certification
- Experience with PowerBI and Smartsheet development
- Familiarity with organizational technology, such as Miro and/or Whiteboard
- Experience with data analytic systems
