Job summary

Join the 2027 FIS University Program as a full-time employee in Jacksonville, FL. This two-year program begins in 2027 with AI-enabled Learning Sprints designed to accelerate your impact from day one.

You will work on team projects, community service activities, and professional development seminars to grow with the business. The Consulting & Implementations team partners with clients to deploy, configure, and optimize FIS solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and consulting projects by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and monitoring project milestones.
  • Gather and document client requirements, business processes and project needs to support solution design and delivery.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to assist with onboarding, configuration, testing and go-live activities.
  • Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, automation and enhanced client outcomes.
  • Develop expertise in FIS products, implementation methodologies and consulting best practices while contributing to client success initiatives.

As a full-time employee in the FIS University Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success.

This two-year full-time program begins 2027 with a series of AI-Enabled Learning Sprints designed to help you accelerate your impact from day one. Through this immersive experience, you will:

  • Learn how to leverage AI alongside human judgment to solve real business challenges and create value in your role.
  • Explore the financial technology industry, gain insight into FIS's business, and understand how innovation is shaping the future of fintech.
  • Engage directly with senior leaders and industry experts to learn about their career journeys, leadership philosophies, and perspectives on the future of work.
  • Build practical AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases that you can immediately apply in your daily work.

About the team:

The Consulting & Implementations team partners with clients to successfully deploy, configure, and optimize FIS solutions. Team members work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, support implementation activities, coordinate project milestones, and help deliver high-quality solutions. Through a combination of consulting, project execution, business analysis, and client engagement, the team helps organizations achieve successful outcomes while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you will be doing:

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study included but not limited to Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Data Analytics, Project Management, Operations Management
  • Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
