The Gunter Group is a people-first management consulting firm focused on delivering practical solutions and lasting impact. As part of the Consulting Accelerator Program, you’ll step into a full-time role with six months of structured development and mentorship from seasoned leaders.

You’ll contribute to client delivery, research, and proposal work while learning to lead engagements over time. Hybrid work and travel may be required, with compensation in the range of $80,000 to $110,000.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with a track record of excellence across academics and work.
• Bachelor's degree with meaningful leadership experience and initiative.
• MBA in progress or completed with analytical and strategic thinking.
• Early professional experience in corporate/technical roles with high performance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to live client engagements through research, analysis, and client-ready materials.
• Progress from behind-the-scenes delivery support toward leading client discussions.
• Support business development and proposal work; learn firm practices and methods.
• Participate in Consulting Capability Deep Dives and internal initiatives.
