AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Strongsville, OH. You will center customer interactions with personalized sales expertise, guiding options and closing deals on devices and services.

You'll work 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 40 hours weekly and a seniority-based schedule. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience helps, but we provide training to help you meet goals and grow with the team.

Qualificações

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.
• Schedule includes weekends; 9am–9pm; 40 hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers on the sales floor through consultative selling.
• Meet and aim for sales targets and earn commission.
• Participate in community events and process online orders and outbound calls.
