AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Independence, OH to guide customers through device and service options on a consultative basis. You’ll participate in events, fill online orders, and reach out to existing and potential customers to meet targets.

With 40-hour weeks, you’ll work a flexible schedule including weekends, earning an hourly rate plus commission. Prior retail experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to uncapped commission opportunities.
• Support events and operate on a schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends.
