Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is expanding its sales force in the Des Moines Metro and Western Iowa region. The role focuses on growing an established spirits portfolio with a consultative, business-to-business approach, leveraging existing accounts and opening new ones.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in sales, a BS degree or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. The position requires occasional evenings and weekend events, with full-time hours in Johnston/Des Moines area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Sales Representative role or higher.
• BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Criminal background and MVR check required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Availability to work outside 8-5; evenings and weekend events.
• Territory: Des Moines Metro and Western area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent customer contact and relationship building.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives to achieve objectives.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide knowledge of products and promotional schedules.
• Deliver effective sales presentations to clients.
