Qualifications

• Retain customers by identifying needs, resolving concerns, and presenting relevant products and save offers.
• Leverage consultative selling techniques to uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities and strengthen loyalty.
• Process save transactions, service requests, and account updates promptly.
• Explain products, pricing, and service details clearly to support informed decisions.
• Follow structured call flows designed to optimize retention and sales success.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and comply with all requirements.
