AT&T in Torrington, CT, is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to engage customers with a consultative selling approach. You’ll help customers explore devices and services on the full AT&T portfolio, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets while earning commissions.

You'll join a fast-paced team with 40 weekly hours, weekend shifts, and ongoing training. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, but we provide tools and coaching to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work on commission.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends; schedules set 2 weeks ahead.
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment amid evolving tech.
• Training and coaching provided if no sales experience.
