Job summary

AT&T in Waldorf, MD is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with personalized solutions from AT&T's product suite. You’ll use a consultative approach to help customers choose devices, services, and plans that fit their needs, while earning competitive pay and uncapped commissions.

You’ll work a 40-hour week on a schedule that includes weekends, with training provided to build product knowledge and sales skills. Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willing to learn AT&T products and services.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 40 hours per week.
• Adapt to evolving technology to meet customers' needs.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided to help you meet goals.
