AT&T in Hoover, Alabama is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver personalized service on the sales floor, guiding customers through options with a consultative approach. You’ll participate in community events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

You’ll work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with two weeks of advance scheduling based on seniority. Base pay plus uncapped commissions drive earning potential.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? You'll receive tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with two weeks' notice for seniority-based shifts.
