Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn tools, processes and coaching to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on options with a consultative sales approach.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment; be flexible and open to change to meet customer needs.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching provided to help you meet and exceed goals.
