You will engage with the community, handle in-store events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to drive sales while learning and growing with structured coaching. A strong focus on customer needs and teamwork will help you exceed targets and unlock commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work a schedule including weekends (9am-9pm).

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing needs of customers.
• No sales experience? Tools, training and coaching provided to meet goals.
