Job summary

AT&T is seeking Retail Sales Consultants in Houston to guide customers through their options with a consultative approach. You’ll engage the community, process online orders, and make outbound calls to current and prospective customers.

Expect a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with two-week advance visibility of seniority-based shifts. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Training and coaching provided if you have no prior sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach.
• Engage with the community through events and online order fulfillment.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
