Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care, part of Humana's CenterWell network, seeks a Consultative Pharmacy Technician to be the first point of contact for patients, pharmacies, and providers. You will perform moderately complex administrative and customer-support tasks, including calculations, under minimal supervision, triage pharmacist consultations, and support medication therapy management programs.

Requirements include an active Pharmacy Technician license and at least 1 year of pharmacy tech

Qualifications

• Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications with accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for calls from patients, pharmacies, and providers.
• Triage calls that require pharmacist consultation.
• Make outbound calls to patients to offer medication therapy management and schedule reviews with consultative pharmacists.
• Work within established guidelines to meet performance expectations and quality standards.
