Job summary

CenterWell is seeking a Consultative Pharmacy Technician to serve as the frontline contact for patients, pharmacies, and providers, handling semi-routine administrative and customer support tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting in Jacksonville, FL. This role requires an active pharmacy technician license and at least one year of experience, with strong communication skills and data-entry ability.

Qualifications

Active Pharmacy Technician license required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the initial contact for calls from patients, pharmacies, and providers.
Triage calls requiring pharmacist consultation.

Assist with medication research and area-specific inquiries.
