Job summary

Freudenberg Performance Materials LP (USA) is seeking a Sales representativ​e to proactively develop and manage relationships with customers via phone and email, promote products, prepare quotes, and follow up on orders. You will handle small accounts to create new sales opportunities and track leads in the Crisp CRM system.

The role emphasizes strong communication, Excel/Outlook skills, and professional etiquette in telesales to ensure customer satisfaction and timely problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Relevant Work Experience
• Relevant post qualifying certifications (SAP, Microsoft Office, Crisp CRM system)
• Ability to work well and prioritize in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal. Act with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, with focus on MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and, in particular, the ability to craft professional e-mails and client-related documents
• Highly effective telesales skills, including professional demeanor, artful negotiation skills, and outstanding phone etiquette

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively develops and manages strong business relationships using telephone and email resources to prospect accounts by providing exemplary service and support.
• Consultatively sells products and services, promoting benefits, preparing quotes, following up on sales orders and sample requests, and solving customer related problems.
• Follow-up and proactively approach leads which come in via external methods (e.g., website, phone, email, social media)
• Independently managing small accounts assigned to drive new sales opportunities
• Track and monitor leads/ prospects and file in CRM (Crisp); become a CRM Regional Representative.
