The Home Depot in Atlanta is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative to back our Outside Sales team with consultative support, timely quotes, and efficient order processing. You will nurture account relationships, resolve issues, and drive project execution from quote to delivery.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and prior customer service or retail experience. Some travel is expected, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum work experience; 2 years preferred.
• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• 50% Support Outside Sales Portfolio Growth - Drives repeat business by providing excellent customer service, accurate and thorough quoting, sourcing, and overall project ownership.
• 25% Account Administration - Partners with vendors and cross-functional teams to assist with quoting, pricing, availability, and issue resolution for high-volume projects.
• 25% Issue Resolution - Assists customers through the journey with resolution, after-sale follow-up, invoice transmittal, and quote requests.
