NorthGeorgiaFamilyLawyers seeks a Client Engagement Specialist to be the first trusted contact for prospective clients navigating family law matters. This is a high-trust, consultative role focused on understanding needs, communicating value clearly, and guiding clients toward the right next steps.

You will nurture relationships from the initial inquiry through retention, leveraging warm leads and a customer-centric approach without cold calling.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal intake, client consultation, consultative sales, or client relations.
• Customer-focused, emotionally intelligent, persuasive without pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured consultations with pre-qualified prospective new clients.
• Clarify family law issues at a preliminary level.
• Help prospective clients understand the firm’s process, services, and value.
• Guide qualified clients through the retention decision with professionalism and empathy.
• Support a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
• Maintain accurate notes, follow-up activity, and pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure an excellent client journey from first contact forward.

Thisisnotacold-callingrole,anditisnotatransactionalsalesposition.Thisisahigh-trust,consultativeopportunityforaprofessionalwhounderstandshowtoconnectwithpeopleinemotionallydifficultmoments,uncovertheirneeds,communicatevalueclearly,andhelpthemmoveforwardwithconfidence.

Compensation&Benefits

• $40,000basesalary+commission
